My swollen and hurting left foot. Poor little foot!

nope, broke a metacarpal. I am getting a prostetic arch made for it too. pretty soon i'll be up and walking again.

Foot My foot hurts really bad. It hurts so badly that i am stuck at home with it elevated slightly to reduce the swelling. I am no doctor, but i wonder if it might be sprained or if it is the all too talked about "fallen arches." regardless, it has come at a rather bad time, because lulu and i were just gaining momentum on the walk by walking fifty miles! It is all part of the greater lesson however, that reaching your goals will take time and can not be rushed. I can only hope that these lessons will make...

At the clinic I am at the clinc waiting for the receptionist to put my packet into the computer. I will be seen when ever that is completed. my foot hurts beyond belief. i can only hope that this medical isnt as shotty as it was in the actual military. i am sure if i hurt my foot while in the military and had to go to the "sick call" doctor early in the morning, would simply tell me i was only trying to get out of pt and give me some motrin and send me on my way. i want to fix...
